Relaxing Lavender

Lavender is known for its wonderful smell. Its aroma can calm down your nervous system, helping you feel more relaxed and in a better mood. It has antimicrobial properties and is known to help heal burns and wounds, be beneficial for the scalp & can help hair growth. Many of my favorite products on ecoccasion contain lavender. I also keep a jar of Epsom salts in the bathroom and I add some drops of lavender essential oil to it to always have inexpensive, relaxing bath salts on hand.
